Zeta Mu Christmas Party 2005

The Board of Trustees and the Zeta Mu Chapter of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity cordially invite you to a Christmas Celebration at the banquet room at Wolfies Restaurant and Sports Bar; 25550 IH-45 North; Spring, TX 77386 (across the freeway from the Woodlands Mall) for Monday, December 19 starting at 6:30pm. We hope to make this an annual event.

The BOT hopes that you can attend the Christmas Party to enjoy fun and fellowship and meet the new chapter members. The undergraduate chapter will be conducting a raffle/silent auction. If you are interested in donating a $25 or more gift certificate from somewhere like Academy, Target, Sears, Tractor Supply Store, Victoria’s Secrets, Wal-Mart, Texas Pies or a gift of $25 or so retail value such as ATO or SHSU memorabilia, please contact Herman Harris.

Brother Harris is one of the new initiates and will be Chairman of the Christmas Party Committee. We have had several offers for silent auction items, if anyone else would be interested in providing an auction item in excess of $25 such as a hunting trip, free cell phone for a year, weekend shopping trip to East Texas with your wife, Halliburton stock, or maybe a pass to the Hog Hunt and Reunion, please inform Herman. Raffles tickets will be $10 each for strips of ten tickets and will be available from Santa’s Little Helpers at the party. If you bring a raffle item, please bring a clean, 1-gallon milk jug to use for the drawing. David Matocha has posted the online/silent auction items online (now removed). Bids will be accepted online until midnight on Sunday, December 18. Final bids will be accepted at the party on the 19th.

Dress will be casual. Food and drink are on your own unless you can slip it on someone else’s tab. You are invited to bring your wife or date, but not both and please don’t bring someone else’s wife as your date. Please RSVP using this online form.
